I'm JD Pedrina-Houck, owner and lead instructor of JD Firearms Training LLC. I teach practical firearms training for people who want to build responsible habits, gain confidence, and truly understand how to handle a firearm safely. My approach is built on clear instruction, focused practice, and respect for where every student is starting from. Whether you're brand new or sharpening skills you already have, you'll find a supportive classroom where safety and preparedness come first.
Classes run from about 0800 to 1600, with a break for lunch and time to travel to the range.

- **Basic Firearms Safety Hawai’i Compliant (Submit a booking request to inquire)**: Covering safe handling, storage, and responsible ownership. (Required for obtaining a permit to acquire)
- **Concealed Carry / License to Carry Hawai’i Compliant  (Submit a booking request to inquire)**: Covering firearm safety, legal requirements, and responsible carry practices. (Required to apply for a LTC permit)
- **NRA Basic pistol & CCW Courses  - Prerequisites for basic pistol instructor & CCW Instructor Training. offered when requested**: NRA BASIC PISTOL & CCW classes (Prerequisites for NRA Basic pistol & CCW instructor certification)
